My name is Hugo Billiau. I am currently an 18-year-old Design & Technology major at Emerson College. I was born and raised in Connecticut for 10 years before moving to the Upper Valley in Vermont in 2017. I am obsessed with all things ABBA after doing Mamma Mia!.
I am an award-winning designer with over 10 different shows and 27 separate credits under my belt in all aspects of tech. As you'll see from the portfolio tab, I have a concentration in lighting and scenic design, but I also have extensive experience in sound and projection design. However, I leave costume design to those with a sense of fashion!
In addition, I am educated and have experience in graphic design for posters and programs. I designed a logo and brand for my high school's theater department and designed almost every poster in my time there. I also ran the department's ticketing and marketing system: managing customer relations, organizing and promoting events, and designing custom elements for the web page using CSS.
